Products & Fulfillment
All products sold by Rays Treats are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner, Printful. Printful operates multiple fulfillment centers across the United States and internationally. Your order may ship from any location depending on product availability and destination.
Product images shown on our website are digital mockups. Final products may vary slightly in color, placement, or appearance due to printing processes.
Order Processing & Shipping
Handling Time: 03–07 business days Shipping Time: 07–14 business days Total Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. We track all orders until they are marked Delivered by the carrier.
Once an order is marked Delivered, customers are responsible for locating the package. Rays Treats is not liable for theft, misplacement, or loss after delivery.
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced.
Returns & Refunds
Rays Treats accepts returns only for defective products.

Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.
Approved returns receive a free return code for shipping the item back. Once the item is received and inspected, you may choose:
- A replacement item shipped at no cost, or
- A full refund of the product price
Non-defective items, items damaged by misuse, or items returned without approval are not eligible for return or refund.

All prices listed on our website are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices, discontinue products, or modify offerings at any time.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Rays Treats does not store full credit card details.
