Handling & Production Time All orders require 03–07 business days for handling, printing, and packaging before they ship. This timeframe allows us to prepare your custom product with care.

Shipping Time Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 07–14 business days depending on the destination and carrier volume.

Total Estimated Delivery Time Most orders arrive within 10–21 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking We track every order until it is marked as Delivered by the carrier. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Responsibility Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, Rays Treats is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages after delivery
  • Theft from mailbox, porch, or residence
  • Misplacement by the recipient

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check:

  • Your mailbox
  • Your porch or entryway
  • With household members
  • With neighbors
  • With your local post office

Incorrect Addresses Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address cannot be refunded or replaced. Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout.
