Refund and Returns Policy At Rays Treats, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will make it right.
Defective Items Only Returns are accepted only for defective products. We do not offer exchanges or returns for size, color, or preference.

- A description of the defect
- A photo of the issue (if possible)
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a free return code to use at a participating shipping office.
Free Return Shipping Approved defective returns qualify for free return shipping. You will not be charged for sending the item back to us.

We will inspect the product to confirm the defect.
If the item is verified as defective, you may choose one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement item shipped at no cost, or
- A full refund of the product price
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
