Report Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. If your package goes missing in transit, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

When the issue is our fault, we cover the full cost of the replacement.

Free Returns at FedEx or UPS

If your return qualifies, we’ll send you a return code by email. You can take the item to any participating FedEx or UPS location and return it for free — no label needed.

We Accept Returns for Any Reason

Changed your mind? Wrong size? Not what you expected? We accept returns for any reason as long as the item is unused and returned within 30 days.

Once your return is processed by our partner (Printful), your replacement product will ship within up to 2 weeks.

How to Start a Return

Email our Returns Department at raymond@raystreats.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason (optional — but helps us improve)

If your return qualifies, we’ll send:

  • A return code for free drop‑off
  • Instructions for preparing your item
  • Confirmation once Printful receives your return

You’ll be notified automatically when your return is received and when your replacement ships.

Unclaimed or Incorrect Returns

  • Unclaimed returns: If we don’t hear from you within 30 days after receiving a returned item, we’ll donate it to charity.
  • Wrong return address: If you send your return to any address other than the one provided, you’ll be responsible for any issues or delays.
  • Incorrect delivery address: If a courier can’t deliver due to an address error, we’ll notify you. You’ll need to cover reshipping costs after confirming your correct address.
  • Unclaimed packages: If you don’t pick up your delivery, we’ll hold it until you’re ready to cover reshipment.

If you haven’t created an account or added billing details on raystreats.shop, we cannot reship your return. In that case, the item will be donated and no refund will be issued.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Face masks
  • Any sealed hygiene‑related items

If these items are returned, they will be safely disposed of and cannot be refunded or replaced.

Voluntary Returns & Size Exchanges

If you want to return an item or exchange it for a different size:

  • Contact us first
  • You cover return shipping
  • You cover the cost of the new order

Refunds are not offered for voluntary returns or size exchanges.

We reserve the right to decline returns at our discretion.
