Report Damaged or Lost Items
Rays Treats Refund & Return Policy ask If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. If your package goes missing in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
When it’s our error, we’ll cover the cost. To get started, email raymond@raystreats.shop.
How to Start a Return
Email our Refund and Return Policy Department to request a return. If your return qualifies for a refund, we’ll send detailed instructions. We process returns through our partner, Printful, and will notify you automatically when they receive your package.
- Unclaimed returns: If we don’t hear from you within 30 days of receiving a return, we’ll donate the item to charity.
- Wrong return address: Using a different return address? You’ll be responsible for any resulting issues.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect address: If a courier can’t deliver because of an address error, we’ll receive the item and notify you. You’ll need to pay for reshipping after confirming your correct address.
- Unclaimed packages: Didn’t pick up your delivery? We’ll hold it at our facility until you’re ready to cover reshipment.
If you haven’t created an account or added billing details on raystreats.shop, we won’t be able to reship your return. In that case, we’ll donate the item and won’t issue a refund.
Refund and Returns Policy: Items You Can’t Return
Our Policy does not accept returns for sealed items like face masks due to health and hygiene concerns. If returned, we’ll dispose of them safely and can’t offer a refund or reshipment.
Voluntary Returns or Size Exchanges
Want to send something back or exchange it for a different size? Please contact us first. You’ll cover the return shipping and the cost of a new order. We don’t offer refunds in these cases.
Note: We reserve the right to decline returns at our discretion.
